Terms of Participation

Registration for our courses is possible via our website or alternatively by email/phone. Registration becomes binding upon receipt of the confirmation and obligates you to pay the respective course fee.

Payment is made through the booking system on our website either directly via PayPal or by bank transfer ( within 14 days of registration). Alternatively, cash payment at the start of the course is also possible. Fees for weekly art courses are paid on an ongoing (monthly) basis (including during school holidays). A trial session in the weekly art courses is free of charge.

If the desired course is already fully booked, you can be placed on a waiting list. Admission from the waiting list is handled in the order of registration. This neither entitles nor obligates you to participate.

Our courses require a minimum number of participants. Courses can only take place if there is sufficient interest. Should the course you booked be cancelled, you will be informed in time. Payments already made will then be fully refunded. This does not apply to our regular offers.

If you wish to cancel your course registration, the following cancellation policy applies: for weekly art courses, there is a one-month notice period. Cancellation can be made informally by email at any time by the end of a month. A phone call, notifying the course instructor, or simply not showing up does not count as a cancellation. For all other course offers, cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before the course starts. If cancellation is made up to 3 days before the start, 50% of the paid participation fee can be refunded. For later cancellations or no-shows, the full fee is due.
